When using Parcy, you can send yourself or a team member a test email before you send out your email campaign to your attendees. This can help ensure everything looks like how you have expected it to and testing the links.
To start, select the event in which your email template is located. Once inside your event, click on "Email Campaigns" over on the left-hand side of your screen to be redirected to your templates.
Click on the email template you wish to send a test with. There you will see a black button that says "Send Test" on the top right-hand side of the screen, click on it.
Begin to fill out the information that is shown. Whenever you select the attendee for the test email, note that they will not receive any notifications or emails. The purpose is for the recipient of the test email to be experiencing it through one of the attendees.
Once complete, click "Send Test Invitation" to send the test email! As shown below the email is received in less than a minute filled out using the attendee's name you selected.
