With the Parcy app, you can now see who is attending, checked-in, not attending, and waiting while making edits directly on the app! 🥳
If you want to directly see your attendee list or lists and make adjustments, click on the three bars on the bottom right-hand side of your screen where you can swipe by each name to either 'attend' or 'check-in'.
Once you swipe, it will automatically mark them to the desired field. Remember, you can always scan your attendees using your scanner button in the middle as they check in! Let us know if you have any questions. 😄
We are excited to announce that we have updated our Manage Fields feature! 🤩
Now, you can enable conditions for a Field you created such as showing the Field only if it is respected on the form.
For example, say you want your attendees to register and select their department, but then if they select the option ‘Executive’ then another Field appears asking the ‘title’ of the attendee registering.
On the registration form, the Field attached with the condition will automatically pop up as soon as someone selects the value 'Executive' as shown below.

We have some exciting news! Our check-inmobile app has now been officially launched! 🎉
Now you can check in each attendee that arrives at your event in person. Your attendees will receive an email with their own personal, unique QR code for the event. Once they arrive, you can scan their QR code within your Parcy app to see who is attending and who is checked in.
Available today - there's nothing you need to do to activate the app other than downloading it on your mobile device and following the simple instructions. Use the Parcy mobile app for all your hybrid and in-person events today! 🤓
Ever wanted to share your attendee list with someone who does not have Parcy access? Now you can! Under the actions button in your attendee list, you can "share list" with whomever you want.
After you share your list, your recipient will receive an email inviting them to join the list view. To access the link, they need the access code (included in the email invite) and their email address as shown below.
Once they have gained access, they are only allowed to look at that list. They are not redirected inside your Parcy login. Try it for yourself today! 😎
Good news! Finding attendee's condition, custom field answer, and their status is faster than ever!
Our new and improved Filter button inside your attendee list allows you to select the exact metrics you desire such as show if ‘company department’ is ‘equal’ to ’sales’ and status is ‘attending’ as shown below.
You can also send out email campaigns directly to a particular group of attendees based upon the filter you created as shown below.

We’re kicking off the shortest month of the year with a short but very important update:
🔥 Send Campaigns based on Attendees Status.
Available starting today, you can send you invitation campaign splitting the list for status. This means that you will be able to resubmit campaigns using only a part of the list, depending on the status of the contacts.
For example, you can send a reminder only to users in Waiting, or send a thank you email to all people who have a Checked-In status.
You can find this important news in the marketing section of your events.

The new "Translate" section is active in the settings area of your event pages. Starting from today, you can freely manage the response or error notifies on the registration form for your event.
